X 1/2 thick aluminum plate to be mounted to any solid, even surface with 4 3/8 bolts. Umbrella support tube is quickly removable from the plate. Recommended in windy areas. Ground Insert Base Stainless steel sleeve to be cemented into the ground. Umbrella support tube is quickly removable from the top plate to leave a totally flush surface. Recommended in windy areas. SPA Base Powder-coated steel plate slides 18 underneath spa and is held by its weight. Requires bolting the upright plate to the spa skirting for stability.
